Campus Master Plan

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.
Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.
(Psalm 19:1-2)

God makes beautiful things because He is beautiful.
Every place that God designs is  gorgeous. Consider the following things that God Himself designed:
Creation (Genesis 1) | The Tabernacle (Exodus 25-30) | The Temple (1 Chronicles 28) | Human Beings (Genesis 1, 1 Corinthians 6) | New Heaven and Earth (Revelation 21-22)

The beauty of what He creates declares that He is Creator and leads us to worship Him.

Every physical place communicates something.
Every physical place you love is designed to make you feel good. Consider what the following places are like:
Home | Workplace | Coffee Shops | Restaurants | Parks | Malls

So, what are we communicating with our physical spaces here at BNC?

Imagine a place where people, both churched and unchurched, love to gather!
Our campus is a gift from the previous generation, and we need to steward it well today. Imagine if:
Kids couldn't wait to come and didn't want to leave.
Adults lingered as long as they could after gatherings.
The community around us wanted to be on our campus.
Our neighbors loved living next to a church.

That's the kind of place that inspires and equips us to share the love of God with everyone around us.

That's why we’ve initiated a process to fully develop our campus, starting with our existing building.
It's a big vision that is going to take big provision. If it feels too big to us then we're likely dreaming God's dreams and not just our own! Together with His direction and our unified vision, we will see it accomplished!

Here's how you can help

We don't want God to bless our plans, we want to bless His plans. Pray that He guides this entire process, grants us wisdom as we make decisions, and provides the resources required to accomplish it.

This Campus Master Plan is going to require resources above and beyond our regular  budget. We won't be taking on debt to accomplish this vision, so only your generosity will enable us to move forward.

This is a vision we've been moving towards since 1955 and it's not something we're trying to rush. Check out the blog posts below to dig deeper into the process and get the most current information.
