BNC's Family Camp 2025

We are excited to invite you to BNC’s Family Camp 2025 at the beautiful Black Lake Bible Camp & Retreat Center!
Join us for a meaningful weekend of community, worship, recreation, and rest. Your registration includes lodging, all meals, and recreational activities, allowing you to fully enjoy time with family and friends without the distractions of daily life.
Throughout the weekend, we will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday — so you can focus on connecting and creating lasting memories.

👉 Once payment has been made, you may complete your registration with Joy Fitzwater in the Lobby on Sundays.
Spots are limited — we encourage you to register early!

How to Sign Up:

  1. Select and pay for the type of cabin and ages in your family (Note: all children under 2 are FREE).
  2. Register with Joy Fitzwater on a Sunday in the church lobby.
  3. After payment, select your room based on price point selected online.
  • Rooms must have at least two people.
  • You may choose a roommate or be assigned one.

Rates and Available Spots:

  • Cedar Village (Before July 1st)
    • $100 – Ages 9 and above
    • $60 – Ages 3–8 
    • FREE - Ages 2 and under
  • Lakeside Lodge (Before July 1st)
    • $125– Ages 9 and above
    • $60 – Ages 3–8 
    • FREE- Ages 2 and under
  • Private Cabins (Before July 1st)
    • $145 – Ages 9 and above
    • $60.00 – Ages 3–8 
    • FREE - Ages 2 and under

Important Notes:

  • Scholarship recipients are not eligible for private cabins.
  • Payment must be completed before room selection. (show your verification notice to Joy Fitzwater before selecting)
  • Rooms must have a minimum of two occupants.
  • If you do not have a roommate, we will help pair you with one.


Please See the Guest Policies listed below:
  • Absolutely no pets permitted on the grounds. (Service animals are permitted). 
  • All campers are required to respect camp boundaries, community curfew hours (no loud noise/music after 10:00pm) and camp curfew hours (indoors only after 11:00pm)
  • Each camper is responsible for his/her own bed and bath linens.   
  • Shoes and shirts are required on all areas of the camp grounds except in designated swimming areas. 
  • Food preparation is not permitted in any rooms or cabins except for the Shunem House, which is equipped with a full kitchen
  • The use of alcoholic beverages and/or drugs is not allowed on the camp grounds. 
  • Smoking is prohibited on the camp grounds. 
  • Weapons and fireworks or explosives of any type are prohibited. 
  • No unmarried couples may sleep in the same quarters. 
  • We ask that swimmers and sunbathers practice modesty. 
  • No open flames allowed in the rooms, including candles and/or oil lamps.
