Our staff are the few paid members of the church that work vocationally to make disciples through the ministries of BNC. We are leaders of leaders and our role is to equip the people of the church for works of service (Eph 4:12). We are responsible for ministry outcomes by engaging, equipping, and empowering volunteers.
